Mia 2.0 · Custom AI bots · Automations · Integrations

Your stack is fragmented. Mia is the layer
that runs across it.

HubSpot has the leads. Calendly has the bookings. QuickBooks has the invoices. Slack has the team. Spreadsheets hold the truth. Nothing talks to anything. We build custom AI bots and automations that connect to every tool you run, talk to your data in plain English from Slack, and execute workflows that used to take five logins and a senior employee. Pick a time and we'll map your stack on the call.

Where work actually disappears

The cost isn't the software. It's the gap between every tool.

You bought the right tools. They each do their job. The problem is what lives in the seams — and the seams are where senior payroll goes to die. Three places it leaks the loudest:

Leak #1

Five logins to answer one question

"What's our pipeline value by source for last quarter?" lives in HubSpot, Stripe, GA, the CRM your last hire built in Notion, and a spreadsheet someone exported in March. The senior person who can stitch it together costs $90/hr and is also your best closer.

Leak #2

Workflows that span systems break the moment a human is involved

Lead in HubSpot → calendar invite → prep doc → Slack ping to the AE → CRM update → invoice in QuickBooks. Six tools, ten clicks, three handoffs. Someone forgets a step every day. The deal doesn't fall through — the relationship does.

Leak #3

Repetitive work your team should never have been doing

Data entry. Status reports. Follow-up sequences. Commission calculations. Reconciling exports. If it's repetitive and your people dread it, that's exactly the kind of work a custom bot was built for. You're paying senior salaries to do it.

What we actually build

One layer. Six jobs. Built around your stack.

Mia isn't a chatbot bolted onto your website. It's the operating layer that sits across every tool you already run — custom-built around your workflows, managed by us, and reporting back where you already work.

Integrations

Connects to every tool you already run

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Calendly, Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Klaviyo, Twilio, custom Postgres — 400+ integrations out of the box, and we write the rest. Two-way sync, not a one-way export.

Custom bots

Bots built around your workflow

Sales SDR that calls form-fills in 60 seconds. Support agent that resolves tier-1 from your knowledge base. Ops bot that runs internal approvals. Voice agents on Twilio. Each one is custom — not a template, not a generic SaaS — wired into your stack.

Automations

Cross-system workflows that run themselves

Lead → CRM → calendar → prep doc → AE in under 60 seconds, no humans touched it. Self-hosted on n8n — visual, debuggable, no per-zap fees. Webhooks fire instantly, cron handles the schedule, your team stops being the integration layer.

Talk to your data

Plain-English answers from across the stack

"What's MRR by channel for the last 90 days?" → Mia pulls from Stripe, attributes via HubSpot, joins to your spreadsheet, answers in Slack with the chart attached. No new dashboard to learn, no SQL, no analyst on call.

Custom dashboards

One source of truth, built for your business

React dashboards on top of a Postgres warehouse we set up — pulling from every tool you run. The number you actually need, on a screen you actually open. Built once, owned by you, updated as your business changes.

Slack co-pilot

Mia lives where your team already works

Daily recap, ask-anything queries, approval routing, anomaly alerts — all in Slack (or Teams). She watches the systems, surfaces what changed, and runs the next workflow when you tell her to. The answer comes to you, not the other way around.

“Intake screening is the part that used to burn out my paralegal. Mia does the first conversation, flags conflicts, sends the engagement letter. Took two weeks to dial in the script — once we did, real wins.”

How we price

One-time build fee. Optional maintenance.

NorthCore Labs isn’t here to keep you on a retainer. We’re here to hand you your first AI hire — built once, owned by you, working every day after.

01 / Build

Paid once. Scope in writing.

Fixed-price build, signed before we start. No per-execution fees, no surprise overages, no platform tax. The build is yours.

02 / Maintain

Optional, never required.

Want us to monitor, tune, and add to her over time? Pick a maintenance plan. Want to take the keys and run her with your own team? That works too.

03 / Stay free

Month-to-month. No lock-in.

If maintenance ever stops earning its keep, you cancel. No multi-year contracts. The build you paid for stays yours.

FAQ

Questions before you book.

Three things, sized to your business. Integrations — every tool in your stack connected with two-way sync (CRM, calendar, billing, project tools, helpdesk, your custom database, the spreadsheets nobody admits to). Custom bots — voice agents, chat agents, internal ops bots, SDRs — trained on your data and deployed where your team works. Automations — cross-system workflows that run end-to-end without humans in the chain. Plus a Slack co-pilot and a custom dashboard so you can see what's happening and ask questions in plain English.
400+ tools out of the box — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Calendly, Google Calendar, Stripe, QuickBooks, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Klaviyo, Twilio, Square, Mailchimp, Asana, Monday, Intercom, DocuSign, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, the rest of the list. If you have a tool with an API, we can connect to it. If you have a tool without an API, we tell you on the call so you know going in. We also write custom integrations against your own database when that's the right call.
Zapier and Make are duct tape — fine for 2-step glue between two tools, expensive and fragile when the workflow has 5+ steps and crosses 3+ systems. We build on n8n self-hosted, so you don't pay per execution, the workflows are visual and debuggable by your team, and the logic that actually matters (LLM reasoning, custom routing, error handling) lives in real code we write. You own the rails. Nothing gets locked behind a per-zap fee at scale.
We give Mia permissioned, read-only access to the systems you choose, plus a Postgres data layer where we sync the things she needs to answer fast. You ask in Slack — "MRR by source last 90 days," "everyone who hasn't been called in 30 days," "show me deals stuck in proposal" — and she runs the query, joins the data, and answers in plain English with the chart attached. No SQL. No new dashboard to learn. Permissions are granular so she only sees what you let her see.
Done-for-you — our engineering team (former Microsoft, former Google) builds, integrates, deploys, and supports. You approve the scope and collect the result. Best for owners who want it done and don't want to learn the stack. Done-with-you — weekly live coaching led by senior engineers. You bring real business problems, leave with working bots, and your team learns the skill. Best for ops or RevOps leads who want to keep building forever after the engagement ends. Both ship working bots. We'll recommend the right path on the call.
Permissioned access, scoped per integration, written into your agreement. Mia sees only what you let her see — read-only by default, write access granted explicitly per workflow. We sign a data-handling addendum specific to your engagement, and where applicable (healthcare-adjacent, legal, financial) we sign a BAA or confidentiality terms aligned to your regulatory profile. Self-hosted automation rails mean your workflow data isn't sitting on a public SaaS unless you want it to.
We scope your build on the discovery call and lock the timeline in writing — integrations connected, the first round of bots trained and deployed, the priority automations live, Slack co-pilot answering questions, dashboards shipped. We don't pad the timeline; we build to the agreement. If we miss the window we agreed to because of something on our end, your first month is on us. Additional workflows roll out in the optimization period after launch.
If it has an API, we write the integration as part of the build — no extra charge inside the agreed scope. If it doesn't have an API (true of some legacy on-prem tools), we'll tell you on the call so you can decide whether to bridge it through a database, a screen-scrape worker, or a simpler interim approach. We don't pretend something is possible when it isn't, and we don't quietly cut a critical integration after the contract is signed.
None. You'll see a live demo, get a written stack audit (every tool you run, every workflow that's leaking time, what bots and automations would run on day one), and a fixed-price deployment plan with scope and timeline in writing. If we're a fit, we kick off the build the same week. If not, you keep the audit and use it however you want. No high-pressure pitch, no slides, no hard close.
A fixed one-time build fee plus a flat monthly fee — month-to-month, no annual lock-in. Pricing scales with your stack: the more tools we connect to and the more bots we run, the larger the build. On the call we map your stack, scope what you actually need, and quote you exactly. Everything ends up in writing. We don't run tiered "talk to sales" games.
