About paying us.
Is the build fee refundable?
The build fee is due at signing, and payment is acceptance of the agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are written into each agreement; for websites the site stays hidden until you approve it, and we revise until you do.
Is there a contract term?
No. Monthly plans and maintenance are month to month and can be cancelled with an email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. There is no minimum term and no early-termination fee.
What about third-party costs?
Your domain renewal, paid advertising, telephony and messaging carrier fees, and any software you choose to add are not included. Pass-through costs are shown to you before they happen.
How do you take payment?
By card through a secure payment link. The monthly plan is billed on the same day each month from the day the system goes live.
What if I want to leave?
You own the build. We hand over the complete files and every login within seven days of your request, help you point your domain wherever you like, and stop hosting at the end of your final paid month.
