Before you book.
Is the build fee refundable?
The build fee is due at signing, and payment is acceptance of the agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are written into each agreement; for websites the site stays hidden until you approve it, and we revise until you do.
Is there a contract term?
No. Monthly plans and maintenance are month to month and can be cancelled with an email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. There is no minimum term and no early-termination fee.
What about third-party costs?
Your domain renewal, paid advertising, telephony and messaging carrier fees, and any software you choose to add are not included. Pass-through costs are shown to you before they happen.
Will callers know it is an AI?
It uses your business's name and voice, and it is not deceptive. If a caller asks whether they are speaking to a person, it says it is an assistant and offers to connect them. In practice most callers book and move on.
