However complex the build. One flat price.
Quizzes. Funnels. Forms. Service menus. Live inventory. Logins and portals. Wired into the CRM and the calendar you already run. The scope changes what we build; it never changes what you pay.

Every quote starts small. Then the scope creeps.
You ask for a website. You get a number. Then you mention you would like a quiz to help people pick a service, and the number moves. You mention the inventory should update itself, and the number moves again. Six weeks later you are reading a change order for a contact form.
The brochure problem
Most small-business sites are a printed brochure that happens to be online. They describe the business. They do not qualify anyone, book anything, or capture a single lead that was not already going to call.
The moving-number problem
The features that actually make a site earn, quizzes, funnels, inventory, portals, are exactly the ones priced as extras. So they get cut, and you are left with the brochure you did not want.
Build the most complicated site you can. Watch the price not move.
Tick everything you want. The scope meter climbs and the delivery estimate climbs, because more genuinely takes longer to build. The number at the bottom stays exactly where it is.
Not on the list? It is still in scope. If it can be built into a website, it is part of the build.
A website that does the work, not one that describes it.
Every one of these is a standard part of a build. None of them is an upsell, a phase two, or a line item on a change order.
Quizzes that segment
Someone who will not fill in a contact form will happily answer three questions about themselves. The quiz gives them a straight answer and hands you a segmented lead with consent attached and the follow-up already chosen.
Funnels, not just pages
One offer, one page, one decision. Purpose-built landing pages for the campaign you are actually running, with their own copy and their own tracking, built alongside the site rather than sold back to you later.
Forms that go somewhere
Every form writes into your CRM with the source, the campaign and the consent flags attached. No inbox full of orphan notifications that somebody has to retype at the end of the day.
Service menus
Your services laid out the way a customer decides: grouped, priced or ranged, with the questions they are nervous to ask answered on the page and a booking link at every decision point.
Live inventory
Stock, listings or a catalogue fed from wherever it actually lives, so the site is right without anyone maintaining it twice. Sold items disappear on their own.
Logins and portals
A private area for clients, members or staff: documents, plans, order history, whatever it needs to hold. Built into the same site, on the same flat price.
The whole price list. There is not another page.
One number to build it. One optional number to keep it running. No per-execution fees, no discovery call where the figure changes.
$1,000, paid once, yours permanently

Four steps from "here is what I want" to a live, working site.
You see it on a staging link as it comes together, not in a reveal at the end.
The call
Twenty minutes. You tell us what the site needs to do and what you already run. We tell you what it will look like and confirm the number.
Scope in writing
Every page, quiz, funnel and integration written down and agreed before a line is built. If it is on the list, it ships. The price is fixed here.
We build
Copy, design, build, integrations, schema and analytics. You see it on a staging link as it comes together, not in a reveal at the end.
Live and yours
We launch it on your domain, hand over every login, and show you how to run it. Then you either take the keys or we keep it running monthly.
Half your visitors are not people any more.
Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity do not read your homepage the way a customer does. They read the structured data underneath it. Every page we ship carries an explicit machine-readable description of the business, the service, the location and the answers, because that is what gets quoted back.
Structured data on every page
Business entity, services, locations, opening hours, breadcrumbs and FAQ blocks: the shape answer engines lift directly into results.
A page per thing people search
Nobody searches "services". They search the one procedure, in the one town, at eleven at night. Each gets a page written to be the last thing they read before calling.
Speed as a conversion feature
Static, fast and light. Someone on a bad connection sees your offer before they lose patience, which matters more than any score in a report.
Instrumented from day one
Events, funnels and attribution wired at launch, so you can tell which pages convert and which are decoration, instead of guessing for six months.
What a website needs to do in your line of work.
The build is the same flat price whatever the industry. What it has to do is not.
The ones everybody asks.
Is it really one flat price no matter how complex the site is?
Yes. The build is $1,000 whether it is a five-page site or a site with quizzes, funnels, a service menu, live inventory, logins and a client portal wired into your CRM. Complexity changes how long it takes, not what it costs. The number is agreed before anything starts, and it does not move.
What does the monthly plan cover?
Online ($64.99) is hosting, SSL, backups and up to three content changes a month. Growth ($149.99) adds unlimited changes within one business day, same-day turnaround on anything urgent, monthly optimization, ongoing SEO and AEO work, new pages, funnels and content as you think of them, a monthly report and a quarterly call on what to build next. Both plans are month to month and can be cancelled with an email.
Do I own the site?
Yes, outright, on payment of the build fee. The design, the copy and all files are yours. If you ever stop working with us we hand over the complete site within seven days and help you point your domain at any host you choose. Your domain stays registered in your own account throughout.
Will it work with the systems I already use?
That is the intent. The build integrates with your CRM, your booking tool, your database and your payment processor. If your scheduling or payments already work, they stay.
How long does a build take?
A site ready for your approval within seven business days of receiving your photos, logins and the content you want shown. The long pole is almost never the code; it is waiting on logins, photographs and copy approvals.
What do you need from me?
A headshot or photographs of the business, delegate access to your domain registrar so we can point the domain (we never need your password), manager access to your Google Business Profile, and the reviews or results you want shown. Then a prompt read of the copy.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No, and nobody honest does. We do the SEO and AEO work properly and report on it every month. Search engines and AI answers are not under anyone's control.
Thirty minutes, on your business.
Bring your current site, or the idea you have been describing to people verbally for a year. We will work out what it should do, confirm the number, and tell you when it goes live.
What happens on the call
- 01What the site has to do. Book, quote, sell, qualify, or all four.
- 02What you already run. The CRM, the calendar, the booking tool; it all stays.
- 03The number. $1,000 to build. Confirmed on the call.
- 04When it goes live. Ready for your approval within seven business days of your photos and logins.
No card, no contract. A calendar invite and a Zoom link the moment you book. Prefer to talk now? (813) 444-8973.
