What Moxie is for
Moxie is an all-in-one platform for med spas that bundles the EMR, booking and the online store. It holds the calendar, the patient record, the charts, the online store and the memberships, and all of it stays there. The page for Moxie covers what stays in it, what is built around it and what the connection is.
A growth system reads the numbers out of the bundle first: revenue and margin by provider and by treatment, store sales, utilization and who is due. It builds the ninety-day plan from them. Then it adds the work around the bundle. The call and the DM are answered and booked into the Moxie calendar, and the patient is handed a link to the store. Comeback timing comes from the last treatment, and the list is segmented for a party or a launch. Everything lands on one page, and nothing is written into a chart. The full list is on the Moxie page; this page is about which job lives where and what a switch would cost.
The store is the link the system hands out
The online store in Moxie is the one thing on this page a patient touches directly, and the growth system treats it as the destination rather than something to rebuild. When the voice agent books a consult, the confirmation text carries the store link. So does the comeback message, and so does the party invite that goes to the patients who are due. Any membership the agent mentions on the call is the one the store already sells. The system never creates a product, a price or a package; it reads what is there and sends patients to it, and the dashboard reports which link brought which patient back.
Job by job: where it lives and who does it
| Job | Where it lives | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| The chart, the consents and the photos | In Moxie; the system writes nothing into a chart | Your providers |
| The online store and the memberships | In Moxie; the system hands the patient the link and creates nothing | You set the offer; the system sends patients to it |
| Answering the call, the DM and the text in seconds | The growth system, booking into the Moxie calendar with the note attached | The voice and text agents, with anything clinical handed to a provider |
| Timing the comeback | Last treatment and last visit read from Moxie; the schedule of who is due in the system | The system, in the provider's voice |
| Segmenting for a party or a launch | The system, from visit dates in Moxie | The system, with the offer and the eligibility set by you and your medical director |
| The dashboard: calls, bookings, no-shows, reactivations, revenue | The system, reading Moxie | Read weekly by you |
When staying on Moxie is right
Staying on Moxie is the right call, and the only one we make. An all-in-one platform that your providers chart in and your patients buy from is a working record and a working storefront at once. We run on it today in a working practice. The growth system reads the dates it needs, books into the calendar, and sends patients to the store you already run.
What a switch would cost you in time
Leaving an all-in-one platform is three moves at once: the record, the booking and the store. Charts and consents go by export, with retention rules on the old record; confirm with counsel and your medical director what must be kept and for how long. Memberships and packages are re-created and every member re-enrolled with billing re-authorized. The store links on your site and your profile are replaced. Providers and the front desk run two systems until the migration ends. Any remaining term on the agreement is a question for counsel. None of that fills a chair.
How to do this on Monday
- Run a last-treatment report in Moxie by treatment type and count who is past their interval. That is the comeback list.
- Open the store as a patient would and buy nothing: note how many taps from the link to a booked consult, and whether the membership is on the first screen.
- Check which of those patients have written consent to marketing texts on record; only they get a message, and what counts as consent is for counsel to confirm.
- Call your own number three times: mid-treatment, at lunch, after close.
- Send ten comeback texts by hand, in the provider's voice, without naming the treatment, with the store link, and count who books.
What to do next
NorthCore's Run the whole practice solution builds the growth system on top of Moxie: the answering, the comeback timing, the segmentation and the dashboard, and Moxie stays where it is. Scoped in writing and covered by the promise on this site: results in 90 days, or we keep working until you have them.
