Ten questions a patient would ask, in the patient's words
- Where can I get Botox in your city.
- Who is a good injector for lip filler near your busiest neighborhood.
- How much does Botox cost in your city.
- Which med spa in your city has the best reviews.
- Is there a med spa near your city that offers memberships.
- What should I ask at a first filler consult.
- Which med spa near your city is open on Saturdays.
- What is the difference between two treatments on your menu.
- Is your practice, by name, a good med spa.
- What do people say about your practice, by name.
The first five test whether you are named for a local search. Questions six and eight test whether your guide pages are cited at all, which is the long game. Number seven tests whether the facts about you are right. The last two test what the assistant believes about you by name, and the errors in those answers are your to-do list.
The sheet holds one row per question, per assistant, per week
| Column | What goes in it | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Date and assistant | The day, and which assistant answered | Answers drift; the date lets you see the drift |
| Question as typed | The exact words, copied from the list | A changed word changes the answer |
| Practices named, in order | Every practice the answer mentions, first to last | Who the assistant trusts for this question today |
| Your position | First, named, or absent | The number the weekly summary counts |
| Pages cited | Each source the answer links or names | What the assistant read, which is what you can change |
| Errors about you | Wrong hours, wrong address, a treatment you do not offer | Each one has a source to fix |
Run it the same way every week so the rows compare
- One person owns it, Priya, on the same morning each week, for the same half hour.
- Start a new conversation for every question, so an earlier question does not color the next answer.
- Type the question as written. Do not correct the assistant or argue with it; log what it said.
- Screenshot each answer and save it with the date, because the sheet records the summary and the screenshot records the proof.
- Fill the summary line: questions where you are named, questions where you are named first, open errors.
The cited pages column tells you what to change
When a directory is cited, your listing there is the thing to fix. A competitor's treatment page cited means reading it and asking what question it answers in its first sentence that yours does not. Your own site cited for the wrong fact means the error is on your page or in your markup. The work that changes the answers is on the site. It is the treatment and city pages that answer first, the medical business and FAQ markup, and the llms.txt summary described in the schema and llms.txt guide. The six pieces the assistants read before they name a practice are in the ChatGPT recommendation guide; this page is the measurement that goes with the build.
After four weeks the sheet gives three numbers and a list
Count the questions out of ten where you were named, per assistant, per week, and put the four weeks side by side. Count the ones where you were named first. List the errors still open. Movement over four weeks is noise; movement over a quarter, after the pages and the markup went live, is signal. No one can promise an assistant will name you, and the sheet is the honest record of whether it does.
How to do this on Monday
- Write the ten questions with your city, your neighborhood and your practice name filled in.
- Make the sheet with the six columns and a summary line.
- Run the first week in both assistants and screenshot each answer.
- Fix the first error about you at its source the same day.
- Put the half hour on Priya's calendar for every Monday.
What to do next
NorthCore's Get found first solution builds the pages and the markup the assistants read, logs this check on the cadence written into your scope, and puts the three numbers on the same dashboard as your calls and bookings. Scoped in writing and covered by the promise on this site: results in 90 days, or we keep working until you have them.
