NorthCore Labs

In Chicago and the North Shore, the Loop and the suburbs are different maps; win yours from your list.

NorthCore Labs reads the numbers, builds the ninety-day strategy and runs the growth system for med spas across Chicago and the North Shore, on the software the practice already uses. The city and the suburbs are separate maps. Assume a patient in the Loop books near the office and a patient in Wilmette books near home, and let your export show which you serve. Each treatment is costed to the dollar, memberships are priced from margin, every call and DM is answered, and the comeback is timed from the patient's own history. The build is remote, the scope is on paper, and the 90-day promise covers it.

What NorthCore does for a practice in Chicago and the North Shore

NorthCore's first week with a Chicago practice is spent inside its numbers rather than its phone system. Revenue and margin by provider and by treatment come out of the record system. Each treatment is costed from what is on the tray and the minutes it takes. The overdue list is split between the city and the suburbs. The ninety-day strategy is written from what that shows, including which months the calendar thins and which patients could fill them. Then the system goes in. Calls, texts and DMs are answered in the practice's voice, the lunch-hour inquiry gets two open times before the desk is free, and every booking lands in your own calendar. Each comeback goes out from the patient's last visit, the price page says what counsel approved, and the evening report closes the day. The build sits on the software you already run, Boulevard, Mangomint, Aesthetic Record or Mindbody among them, with nothing replaced. NorthCore Labs is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the work is done remotely, scope first.

What a practice in Chicago is up against

Chicago is the lake, the Loop and the lines of suburbs running out from it. Downtown and the near North Side practices compete on a map measured in blocks, with patients who book around a workday. The North Shore, Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka and up the lake, is its own map, and so are Oak Park to the west and Naperville and the western suburbs along the expressway. Assume a patient in Winnetka is not searching for a practice in the West Loop, and check your booking addresses for where your map ends. The competition is the few practices inside a patient's own drive or walk, and the map pack is drawn around their address. Winter does something the map cannot. Snow and cold change when patients will travel, and your own calendar from last January shows what that did to you. A comeback calendar that knows each patient's interval can fill the thin weeks from the list instead of waiting for March. Split your missed-call count by hour as well. For a downtown practice, the lunch hour is the one to look at first, because that is when the front desk is checking people in. Owner boot camps, device summits and injector courses come through the city each year, and assume some of each class open a practice nearby with a fresh profile.

All ten solutions, built the same way for Chicago and the North Shore

A Chicago practice gets all ten solutions built one way: on the platform it already runs, for its own map, with the scope on paper. Start at all ten solutions.

Events in Chicago and the North Shore worth a seat or a table

State rules differ, and they change

Who may inject, who supervises, how prices may be advertised and what texting consent requires vary by state. Confirm each one with counsel and your state board before any script, page or message goes live.

How to start this week

  1. There are six calculators at /tools/: treatment margin, membership margin, tox party P&L, missed calls, no-shows and lapsed patients. Start with treatment margin and no-shows, with your own numbers: thirty minutes with the call log and one export from the record system.
  2. Read Med spa provider utilization and How to reduce no-shows in a med spa, and do the Monday block in each. Run the utilization math for January and for June separately; the gap between them is the winter target.
  3. Book a call at /book/: thirty minutes on your practice, with the January and June utilization figures and the calculator results in front of both of us.

What to do next

NorthCore's Run the whole practice solution builds all ten for a Chicago practice on its own software, margins and the winter list first, then phones, the comeback and the evening report. The scope is written before the start and the promise on this site stands behind it: results in 90 days, or we keep working until you have them.

Have this built for your practice.

We read the numbers, build the strategy and run the system for practices in Chicago and the North Shore, on the software they already use. Results in 90 days, or we keep working until you have them.

Questions people ask.

January is dead for us. Can the system do anything about it?

Yes, if the list is worked. Every patient whose interval lands in the thin weeks gets a message from the provider, timed to their own last visit. The January launch or membership offer goes to the segment whose history says yes. Measure last January against last June on the dashboard first; that gap is the target.

Do you have an office in Chicago?

No. NorthCore Labs is based in St. Petersburg, Florida. The system is built and run remotely on the software you already use, the same way it is for a practice in any other metro.

We have a downtown location and one in Evanston. Is that one system?

One system, two profiles, two calendars, two sets of numbers on the dashboard. Phones and DMs route by location, reviews are asked for per location by the provider who treated the patient, and the scope says which pieces are shared.

Which Illinois rules do we need to think about?

Who may inject, who supervises, how a price may be advertised and what a marketing text needs are decided by the state, and the answers move. Confirm with counsel and your state board before a script, a page or a message goes live; the system is built to what they say.

Bring the system into your practice.

Walk us through how the practice runs today. We show you what we would build first and how fast. If nothing here fits, we say so on the call.
