Where each number comes from
- Calls missed a month: your phone system's call log, every ring nobody answered, every voicemail, every hang-up in a queue.
- New-patient share: one week of voicemails and answered calls, each tagged new or existing.
- Share who book elsewhere: two weeks of calling every voicemail back within the hour and counting who already booked.
- Year-one value: your average first-visit ticket plus the visits that follow in the first year, from your record system.
What the number means
This is the revenue that called you and left. It repeats every month, and it is the cheapest revenue there is because the patient already chose you. A better voicemail greeting does not fix it. Answering every call in seconds, every hour, does, with an agent that knows your menu, your providers and your calendar and books into it.
The full method, with the timing and the fixes ranked by what they return, is in the guide linked below.
